Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite officially unveiled
The Galaxy Tab 3 Lite user manual leaked online via the Samsung Poland website earlier this week, but now Samsung has made the 7-inch slate official ahead of MWC 2014.

Basically, the Tab 3 Lite is a lower-spec and presumably lower priced version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 released last year.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite Features
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite features a 7-inch WSVGA screen with a 1024 x 600p resolution and runs on a 1.2GHz dual-core processor of unknown origin with 1GB of RAM.
Powered by a 3,600mAh battery, the Tab 3 Lite runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and has Wi-Fi, 3G, Bluetooth 4.0 LE and GPS connectivity.
Measuring up at 116.4 x 193.4 x 9.7mm and weighing 310g, the Tab 3 Lite is actually slightly larger and heavier than the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, which offers superior specs.
In the rear is a 2-megapixel camera, which is combined with software features like Smile Shot, Shoot & Share and Panorama Shot. There’s no front-facing camera for video-calling whatsoever.
Aiming to compete with the likes of the Argos MyTablet and Tesco Hudl, the Tab 3 Lite has 8GB of internal storage bolstered by a microSD slot supporting cards up to 32GB.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite Release Date and Price
Samsung has only confirmed that the Tab 3 Lite will be available globally in black and white. There’s been no mention of pricing or a release date as yet.
